Panchkarma Centre
As part of our commitment to holistic well-being, we house a dedicated Panchakarma Centre. Equipped with well-appointed facilities for treatments like snehana, swedana, vamana, virechana, basti, shirodhara, nasya, and raktamokshana, our center offers traditional Ayurvedic therapies. Additionally, we provide other Panchakarma procedures like patra pottali, pizichal, and panda, among others. Our Panchakarma Centre allows students to gain hands-on experience in Ayurvedic practices, promoting overall health and healing.
Yoga Studio
Promoting physical and mental well-being, our Yoga Studio provides a serene space for students to practice yoga. With well-stretched mats and elevated platforms for instructors, participants can experience the benefits of yoga with ease. The studio is designed to create a tranquil atmosphere, encouraging students to embrace the holistic approach to health and mindfulness
Front Office Lab
The Front Office Lab at GIST replicates a real-world reception area, providing students with practical training in guest relations, information handling, billing, and guest registration. With a focus on etiquette, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, this lab prepares students to excel in the hospitality industry. It serves as the central nervous system of our institute, training students to handle various tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Housekeeping Lab
The Housekeeping Lab is equipped with modern technology and guest necessities, including medical supplies, linens, and other emergency requirements. We believe in the mantra of “Creating a home away from home,” and our Housekeeping Department upholds the highest cleanliness and quality standards. Students receive comprehensive training in maintaining a clean, pleasant environment and understanding the importance of customer satisfaction in the hospitality sector
