Dr Jyoti Sawant
Dr. Jyoti Sawant is a highly skilled Ayurvedic doctor and a renowned Panchakarma specialist. With her deep-rooted commitment to Ayurveda, she has made a significant impact in the field of holistic healthcare.
She runs Panchakarma Clinics located in Bicholim and Sankhali where she has created healing spaces where individuals can experience the transformative power of Ayurvedic therapy
Driven by her passion for promoting Ayurveda, she has been successfully treating patients through Pure Ayurveda for the past 19 years, establishing herself as a trusted healer.
Dr.Jyoti is a Charter President of the Innerwheel Club of Bicholim and an active member of the Rotary Club of Bicholim.
Tiya Pawar
Ms. Tiya Vijay Pawar is a seasoned professional in the Hospitality and Travel Industry, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience in hospitality operations, faculty training, and community engagement. With a strong foundation in food production, travel management, and entrepreneurship development, she has been instrumental in guiding students and budding entrepreneurs with both practical and theoretical insights.
She has worked in reputed institutions and properties in India and Canada, including Zees Patio & Grill, Shaw Club properties in Niagara on the Lake, and Taj Lands End, among others. Her experience spans from kitchen line operations to guest services and faculty roles. She also has hands-on experience as a Centre Manager, Sales Advisor, and Community Resource Person under rural entrepreneurship programs supported by NRLM and GSRLM.
Hema Chopdekar
Hema Chopdekar is a dedicated education professional with over 15 years of experience in teaching, educational program management, and yoga instruction. With a strong academic foundation in science (M.Sc.), education (B.Ed.), and ongoing studies in Yogshastra (MA), she bridges modern pedagogy with holistic wellness practices. She has played key roles in teacher training, curriculum implementation, and educational technology integration through her leadership positions, notably at Adhyayan Foundation and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Passionate about yoga, Hema has actively promoted its transformative benefits through community workshops and personalized classes. She currently serves as a Yoga Instructor at PHC Betki under the AYUSH Cell and a Resource Person for the Diploma in Yoga and Wellness Trainer program at GIST Sankhali.
Sunita Bajari i
Ms. Sunita Bajari is a dynamic and diligent professional with a background in History and Economics, combined with technical training in Stenography, Secretarial Assistance, and Computer Applications. With proven expertise in office administration, data analysis, and communication, she brings strong organizational skills and adaptability to diverse roles.
Sunita has also demonstrated her ability to train others, having served as a Stenography Tutor at the Goa Institute of Skill Training. Her experience includes on-the-job training at the Bicholim Mamlatdar Office and a year-long apprenticeship in Data Analysis & Reporting. A committed team player, she is known for her punctuality, discipline, and eagerness to learn and grow in professional settings.

Dr Abhishek Karmali
Dr. Abhishek Karmali has over two decades of experience dealing with students at the Higher Education Level in Goa having worked as the Head of the management department at one of Goa’s top undergraduate management colleges. Besides his experience in the field of academics he has also worked in the corporate sector with exposure to diverse areas like Finance, Advertising and Shipping & Logistics. In terms of his educational qualification he is a PhD with an MBA at the Post Graduation Level. Currently Dr. Karmali has set up his own enterprise by the name Career Crafters which specialises in Career Counseling and Skills Training.
Anjali Patil
Ms. Anjali Patil is a highly accomplished and dedicated Yoga educator with over 14 years of extensive experience in the field of Yoga education, training, and public wellness. Holding a Master’s degree in Yogashastra with Distinction, along with a Diploma and Bachelor’s degree in the same discipline, she has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a deep commitment to the therapeutic and educational dimensions of Yoga.
Anjali has served as the Principal Yoga Teacher of Patanjali Goa since 2008, conducting Yoga Teacher Training sessions across the state. Her teaching portfolio includes three years of experience instructing Diploma and Degree students in Yogashastra, and she has played a pivotal role in introducing yoga into the formal education system as a Master Resource Person for Yog in Education under the Government of Goa.
She specializes in designing and delivering targeted Yoga interventions for women’s health, weight management, children’s wellness, elderly care, and chronic conditions. Her work has been recognized not only through teaching but also through articles published in newspapers, contributing to public awareness on yoga and health.
Neenad Rajagolkar
Neenad brings over two decades of invaluable experience as a marketing and communications as consultant as well as various positions in well-known corporate entities. With a rich background spanning both the pharmaceutical industry and agencies, Neenad has a particular interest in the digital channels of Marketing.
For the past 15 years, he has been an founder of agencies such as Amplify – Intelligent Marketing and Exemplar Strategic Solutions.
Prior to his agency roles, he contributed significantly to the success of companies including German Remedies, Lundbeck, and Bharat Biotech. This extensive industry background makes him a valuable asset to our institution and a source of inspiration for our students as they embark on their educational journey in marketing and communication
